Corporate Solution Modules
The Corporate Solution offers public key file encryption in two separate modules: one so that your administrator can generate encryption public keys and a second one for employees, limited to basic and automatic encryption and decryption functionalities.

Administrator Module to Create Public Keys with the Security Level You Need
Public keys are generated from a password. This password is needed each time for decryption. You may also choose to generate a private key file when creating a Public Key to heighten the security level of your encryptions. In such circumstances, at decryption, not only the public key password will be needed but the private key file will have to be indicated to restore original files.

Selective Encryption of Files and Folders
Files and folders selected by a User will be encrypted either one-to-one or in batch, to his choice. No need to encrypt applications installed on the User computer to unnecessary slow the system down.

Logoff Encryption / Logon Decryption
When using the Logoff Encryption, selected files and folders are automatically encrypted at shutdown. Rest assured that your corporation's sensitive files are automatically secured without any intervention on your part.

Automatic Encryption at Set Time Intervals
Identify the files and folders you want monitored, set the encryption time intervals. When the Corporate Solution Encryption Software finds an un-encrypted file, it encrypts it with your default public key. Drag a file into the watched folder and let DeltaCrypt do the job for you.

Email, Text and Instant Messaging Encryption
The Corporate Solution also provides text and email encryption. You can even encrypt instant messages such as MSN, ICQ etc.

PKI Functionalities
Use your correspondent Public Key to encrypt files to be securely exchanged over the Internet. Rest assured that if intercepted, no one will be able to get to their content.

Digital Signature
The DeltaCrypt Digital Signature appended to your document (encrypted or not) provides your message recipients with the assurance that the files they received truly came from you.

Unlimited Encryption Capabilities
The Corporate Solution Encryption Software does not have any encryption limitations: with the number of files to encrypt or with the size of the files being encrypted.
