Apple, Facebook and Google: The transfer of personal data from the European Union to the United States was banned by the European justice.

Last month, the Court of Justice of the European Union reaffirmed that the rights relating to the protection of personal data form an integral part of Fundamental Rights of the European Union system. The Court ruling particularly targetedgiants such as Apple, Facebook and Google. By invalidating the EU Commission Safe Harbor Decision, the Court will possibly force these giants to keep users’ data in Europe.
